Seas The Day condo is located in the Sand Dunes Resort which is located on the Golden Mile beach and just a short drive to the Grand Strand where you can find anything you could possibly want to do!

 

Family friendly: Stay at the resort, play in the pools, make sand castles on the beach, play in the waves, go hunting for shark teeth.

Romance: Spend a romantic vacation relaxing on the beach, eating at incredible restaurants, romantic walks, massages, and maybe even some adventure!

The Space

Recently remodeled 1100 sq ft condo features three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full baths, five (5) beds, (1) sleeper sofa, full kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances, washer and dryer, new flooring throughout, new living room furnishings, flat screen televisions in every room, and most importantly incredible ocean views from the 12th floor balcony.  Sleeps 12 comfortably!

The Myrtle Beach experience can be anything you make it! Sand Dunes Resort offers many amenities, a large pool, lazy river, splash station and kiddie pool all with an ocean front view!  The resort has a gym and nail salon for you to enjoy as well! 

Or adventure out to amusement parks, water slides, race tracks, and more! Parents also enjoy world class golf, spas, wine & beer!

Guest Access

With self check in, this condo is in Sand Dunes Resort which offers a large beach area (3 min walk), indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and ocean front lazy river, splash station and kiddie pool.   In addition to beach and pool activities, there is an onsite convenience store, salon, restaurants, and coffee shop.

Centrally located - Sand Dunes Resort is just a short drive from the attractions of Myrtle Beach, the shopping and live entertainment venues located in North Myrtle Beach and is a quiet family friendly area.

Planning Your Way Around Myrtle Beach

The most convenient way to get around Myrtle Beach your own car is your best bet. If you’re going to spend most of your time around the resort, you can easily walk to the numerous shops, dining and services. However, a car is nice to have for traveling farther distances because the local transit bus line is the only public transportation option. Car rental agencies are also available located in Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), and plenty of taxis services are accessible throughout the Grand Strand.

Car

A car is the easiest way to get around Myrtle Beach, especially if you plan to explore beyond the vacation resort. Parking is always available throughout the Grand Strand. Most activity destinations will have their own free parking and there is public parking along the streets. Most public parking has a parking meter.

There are a total of 20 EV charging stations within a 10-mile radius of the center of Myrtle Beach.

Don’t worry, because there are plenty of ways to get around Myrtle Beach without your own vehicle.

Walking

The Sand Dunes Resort is close to shopping and dining with in walking distance! Take a stroll on the beach or people watch walking down Ocean Boulevard all while getting in some exercise and taking in the beautiful scenery! Locals agree, Sand Dunes location is the best area for walking day or night.

Biking

Get A Cab or Uber

If you’ll be spending most of your vacation enjoying the beach at the Sand Dunes Resort and splashing in the pools, you probably won’t have to leave very often. But when you do need to go to one of the many Myrtle Beach attractions you can call up a cab or Uber. There are many cab companies and Uber drivers in Myrtle Beach so finding one to take you where you need to go should be easy.

The Rules

● WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.

● The resort does NOT allow pets (if it was up to me I would allow all of the furbabies)

● No Parties.

● Fire safety, no candles or other open flames.

● Quiet time in our resort begins at 10:30pm and ends at 8am.

● No illegal substances are allowed.

● No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

● Please take off your shoes when inside the home, we don’t want to bring the beach inside.

● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can in each bathroom.

● If you break or damage something, please let me know and together we can arrange for its

replacement or repair.

Essentials

● Please enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine or beach bag!

● Please feel free to use any of our stocked items in the cupboard or fridge.

● Dishwasher soap is under the sink.

● Laundry detergent is located in the laundry closet.

● The living room has a full-size, pull-out sleeper sofa

Sand Dunes Resort

● The pools, hot tubs, and lazy river ARE AVAILABLE to our guests. Pool bracelets will be left on the counter for you for the number of guests you booked. Pool bracelets are not required after Labor Day and through March.

● FAMILY FUN ZONE and WATER PARK are privately owned and ONLY AVAILABLE guests who have booked direct with Sand Dunes Resort and are not available to our guests.

● Myrtle Beach is accessible from the resort. There are umbrellas and chairs for rent on the beach.

● You will receive two parking passes for the resort, these will be left on the kitchen counter. Please put these in your vehicles ASAP, the resort is very diligent in monitoring parking. If you have additional vehicles, street parking is available and a weekly pass for $15 will get you parking access anywhere in Myrtle Beach.

● Routine pest control services are performed quarterly. The HOA requires the technician to be given access to each unit; the treatment is approx. 5-10 minutes long.

● The owner/host does not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including, but not limited to: WiFi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, indoor/outdoor pools, parking, grounds, common areas, temporary power outages, emergency water shut-offs.

Barefoot Landing is a large shopping complex located in North Myrtle Beach. It has several divided sections of stores and attractions located on filled land over top of Louis Lake and next to the Intracoastal Waterway. This popular tourist attraction has over 100 stores and restaurants, on all sides of a small lake, plus it has adjoining space with Alabama Theater, House of Blues and Alligator Adventure.

House Rules:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00PM as it is set in a quiet neighborhood. No lit candles and no smoking on the premise, we don't want the place to burn down... :-) No events or party's allowed on the premise. And lastly please only flush toilet paper. Be careful during the winter, the driveway will be plowed but that and the walkway could still be slippery.

Getting around

There will be snow during the winter. Although the roads will be plowed chains are sometimes required. Check the WA State DOT site for current restrictions.

A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled within 5 days of arrival.
